#Be Brave Running Fuel

Care of one of our customers, Matt Powers this is not a drink for the faint hearted but it is packed full of goodness!  Tumeric is a great anti-inflammatory (we're looking for the best source to bring you at the moment) and Cayenne, well that just gives your system a good jump start.  Try it and let us know what you think!!  Play with the proportions to find what suits you best.

Glass of lemon water

1 tbs Apple cider vinegar 

2 tsps Tumeric (or less if the taste is too overwhelming.  Try for a minimum of 2 tsps daily)

Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

Shot of Daily Tonic
