Shipping

Shipping is free to mainland USA and we aim to have your order with you within one week of your first order, for subscriptions within a week prior to your supply running out.

If you would like your order more quickly or sent to a different country please contact us for options.

Refund & Exchange policy

We have two refund and exchange programmes.  

1.  Refund policy for: Daily Tonic

If you are not satisfied in any way with your product you can claim a refund for the product price. 

Please inform us within 30 days from date of purchase that you require a refund. 

Notify us at hello@runnersbeans.com and attach your proof of purchase or order number.

Once approved we will contact you to advise when the refund will be made
and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

2. Refund & Exchange policy for all other products

If your product is faulty please contact us at hello@runnersbeans.com within 14 days (or if the fault occurs later and you feel it is a product not a use issue please also contact us) describing the fault, including pictures as necessary.  Please advise if you would like a replacement or a refund.

If you have requested a refund, once approved we will contact you to advise when the refund will be made and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you have requested an exchange, once approved we will contact you to advise the product has been sent and any relevant tracking number.

In some instances we may want the product returned and we will will cover the shipping costs if this is necessary.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
